Symptoms
While trying to Execute a Database job the following error returns:
U2012031 The database driver returned the following error message;
Login failed for user "user"
Investigation
There are 3 Possible errors
- Longon ,Database User and Server is set to Windows Authentication
- The Password credentials in the Database do not match with the Password set for database user in Automic.
- Automic system is connecting to that database but the Forms tab functionality wasn't properly installed
Solution
Set the Authentication of the Database so it can be used for SQL-User Authentication
Change the Password to match the credentials, or change the Password credentials on Database so it accepts the password used for the User.
