How do I implement E-Visions/Form Fusion with the Banner jobs that run through Automic?

Solution

The E-Visions implementation is done through the gjajobs.shl script for the Banner RA agent.  The customers can configure the Banner agent to use the customer's live script or a copy of it.  If this has been done successfully the customer needs only select the Banner print correctly in the Banner tab of the job in AM and the job will print to the Evisions printer.

You will want to make sure that there is not a printer selected on the output tab and it can be set to store.

Global Services Organization will normally set the Banner Agent to run using the live gjajobs.shl in order to make sure jobs run the same as they do when they are requested through INB.  This will ensure that printing will function exactly the same as when it is run through INB.

For versions previous to version 8 and the Banner RA agent, implementing with E-Visions and Formfusion is done by our Global Services Organization consulting organization.
