Customer unable to import Oracle_Retail_MOM_RDW_SIM_*.exp into product for Oracle Retail Batches.

Detailed Description and Symptoms

Import of Oracle_Retail_MOM_RDW_SIM_*.exp is aborting and you see the following error in the output file for the import job: 

ORA-20024:No such input date format " dd-mm-yyyy " 

 

Solution

?Please move to \Retail_13.1.2_pkg_20101025_AM800\Master\RETAIL\sql within the Oracle Retail package and run the 4create_date_format.sql before you run the import.

 

This should allow the import to finish.
