This is seen only for some combinations of Java/Oracle but when Forecast is run it generates the following error:

ErrorMsg: AwE-9999 Internal error (5/23/11 4:33 PM)

Details: Invalid year value

Solution

Fixed in Applications Manager v8.0 Service Pack 7.
