Can't use AM environment variables to register output with SU_TYPE 1 in SURUN jobs.

Symptoms

SURUN jobs using SU_TYPE of 1 can't register output using Applications Manager environment variables like $jobid to create a output file with a unique name.

Cause

SURUN jobs using "SU_TYPE of 1" uses the new users environment instead of the Applications Managers environment, and $jobid is not available to the new users environment because it's only available in the Applications Manager users environment.

Resolution

Use a blank SU_TYPE in the authoriz.lis file so that the new users job runs using the Applications Manager users environment.
