ECC icons missing

ECC Version 2.1.*

When accessing the UI - several icons are missing

There are also other menus that are missing the icons.

Resolution

One possible workaround is to click on CTRL-F5 --- > when this does not fix the issue it maybe related to the false JVM

Most of the time this issue is related to the false JDK venddor. Using the IBM JDK causes this issue.

System requirements clearly state Oracle/Sun JDK. This is a known issue when using this JVM, and it will not be supported.
