DB directory needs execute rights on UNIX/Linux

Detailed Description and Symptoms

When receiving error:
"U0038076 File '../db/oracle/9.00A/uc_ddl_SP2.sql' not found."
while loading UC_UPD.TXT, r-w-x (777) privilege is required for all files stored in the DB directory. 

Solution

a) change access right to r-w-x / 777.
b) check path variables for upper and lowercase (INI / Filesystem)
c) check input path, "input=" and set a full qualified path to the DB directory.
