Getting the following error when attempting to start Agent on AS400 system - U0003359 Agent 'ASTEST'

Detailed Description and Symptoms

Error when trying to start AS400 agent: U0003359 Agent 'AgentName' uses an incorrect company key.

Investigation

The AE might be trying to use authentication against the AS400 agent. If they don't use authentication, we need to tell the AE not to check for it. 

Solution

1. Check the UC_AS_SETTINGS variable in client 0. If it's blank, add "Authentication" for a Key and the value "No."

2. Stop/Start the AE. 

3. Attempt to restart the agent.
