Symptoms

When starting the SAP Agent you get a message similar message like "" 

C:\uc4\Agents\sap\bin>"C:\Program Files (x86)\Java\jre6\bin\java" -jar -Xrs -Xm x256M C:\uc4\Agents\sap\bin\ucxjr3x.jar Exception in thread "main" java.lang.NoClassDefFoundError: com/sap/conn/jco/ext

Cause

Prior to v9 SP2, the only supported JCO was 2.1.x.

With the release of SP2, only JCO 3.0 is supported with the SAP Agent.

Resolution

Download the new SAP JCO 3.0 file.
The jar file is now named sapjco3.jar.
 
Please download and use the SAP JCO 3.0 file.
