How can I verify whether or not the watchworx service is running in Linux/Unix?

Detailed Description and Symptoms

Use the ps command to determine if the watchworx process is running. If watchworx does not appear when the command is run, it is not started.     

Investigation 

?Example command:

 

ps –ef | grep AW_HOME

 

 

Look for an:: /AW_HOME/c/watchworx entry in the results

Solution

 Restart watchworx using:

startso watchworx
