Can not get a fanout out of maintenance mode in Spectrum

Issue/Introduction

A fanout model is in maintenance mode but cannot be taken out of it. The condition is set to maintenance and the color is brown. 

However, the device is not actually in maintenance according to: 

1. The "In Maintenance" switch in the general info subView and
2. The attribute IsManaged. 

When trying to bring it out of maintenance using both of these options, neither had an effect on the condition or color. 

Environment

DX NetOps Spectrum Release 20.2 or later

Cause

Checking the events, the model is placed into maintenance manually by a user. 

Resolution

Change the "condition" attribute manually to normal, from the attribute editor.
