Cold start after an apply of new alicense is not necessary

Environment

Release: AOATAM99000-9.0-Automic-One Automation Tools-Application Manager

Resolution

When loading license files into the Automic DB there has to be a Warm Start of the automation engine performed.
Stopping WPs and CPs one after each other is not enough, the system has to be stopped and started completely.

A start in mode COLD is not necessary after an apply of new a new license.
