Symptoms

 

CP Server processes crash with following (or similar) message:

Faulting application name: UCsrvcp.exe, version: 900.1.225.651, time stamp: 0x5050938e...

Cause

 Prior to SP4 for AE v9, This problem with the CP crash occurred at the time of a dialog login because the user name contained a backslash character (\). The backslash isn't allowed in a user name.

Resolution

Workaround - The issue is avoided by not allowing backslashes as part of user names.

This will be resolved in the SP4 for AE v9.
