The Installation-Code of the licence file does not match with Code 1. Please contact your system administrator
?Check if the Licence is User Based (which it should), and how many different license files have been issued (SalesOps and APS Enterprise / EXT_APS).
?Each license file contains a checksum that is only valid on the computer name the license has been issued for. In case the customer is rolling out the installation and asking for further licenses, ask them to provide screenshots of:
