Does the FTP module require a Linux server as the source?

Symptoms

THe older FTP module requires the location of the .netrc file as a prompt. Does this mean you ahve to use a Linux/Unix machine?

Resolution

You have two options with his:

1)You can use the newer FTP_JAVA job which works fine on Windows servers.

2)Edit the netrc prompt and enter dblogin as the value. This will cause it to use the jobs login instead of requiring you to have this file.
