Is Applications Manager supported to run on Microsoft SQL Server?
Applicable version: 7.1, 8.0
Solution
Applications Manager (AM) does not support SQL Server as its database repository. AM is only certified to run with Oracle as it's primary database.
Applications Manager can run SQL Server jobs through the use of a SQLSRVR login defined in Applications Manager. Support of SQL Server is included in Automic's Automation Engine v9/v10 products.
