Detailed Description and Symptoms
CP/WP processes don't stay running.
Investigation
Looking in the WP log, we see:
U0003380 Server 'AutomicOMS#WP' version '8.00A027-901' (Runtime '0/00:00:00', Log# '1', Trc# '1').
U0003491 There is a time difference of '0/00:00:00' or '0' seconds to the Primary Server.
U0003375 Server usage of the last minute '0%', the last 10 minutes '0%' and the last hour '0%'.
U0003590 DB error: 'OCILogon', 'ERROR ', '', 'ORA-28001: the password has expired'
The message is pretty clear, but to verify the issue, try logging into the SQLPlus using the Automic Username and Password.

Solution
Change the Password for the User. You might consider asking the DBA to remove the password expiration setting for the Automic User.
