License doesn't load

Environment

Release: Automic Workload Automation 9.00a, 10.x, 11.x, 12.0.x, 12.1.x, 12.2.x

Resolution

Detailed Description and Symptoms

If the license text file has an empty line at the end the following error is encountered-

U0021105 Unknown record type in input file SA=''.

or

U00021105 Unknown record type in input file SA=''.

Solution

To resolve this issue please remove empty line of text 

Also note as of version 12.2.2 and version 12.3 and above, there is no longer a technical license restriction, so this issue would not occur as licenses are no longer loaded into the system.
