Issue with resolving subvars at the Process flow level.

Symptom

After upgrading from 8.0 SP6 to SP9, default parameters are not being passed to Process Flows when run from a schedule. If I manually request said process flows the correct default parameters populate the prompts. I've tried deleting and recreating the schedules, same problem persists. A Job run from a schedule will receive it's default parameters, but not a Process Flow. I was able to duplicate this behavior in another environment.
