Detailed Description and Symptoms

?This article is intended to identify the proper way to activate debug for the Automic ECC

Solution

Go to:

<Program Files>\Tomcat 7.0\webapps\uc4.enterprise.control.center\config and edit the logback.xml file.

Un-comment each line of the section titled:

<-- Activate only for debugging - this creates large debug log files. -->

All the way to:

</logger> -->

After the issue that you are trying to debug has been reproduced the file containing the information will be here:

<program files>\Tomcat 7.0\logs

 

you will see a file called: <hostname>_ECC_DEBUT_LOG.00.txt
