How to set quick tcp/ip=2; database=4 traces in the UserInterface

To quickly set tcp/ip=2; database=4 traces on the WP's: 

-Go into the UserInterface 

-Open the System Overview

-Click on AutomationEngine, right click on any WP and choose Properties. 

-On the Trace tab, put "2" in the TCP/IP field and "4" in the Database field. Click ok. 

Traces are now turned on. Reproduce the issue and then change those values back to 0 to turn off the traces. The resulting files will be in your AutomationEngine/temp folder and will appear as WPsrv_trc_###_##.txt. Please provide all files to support.
