Feature unable to come over as a task in PPM from Rally/Agile when the Agile Sync job is run

Issue/Introduction

When running the Agile Sync job the following error is seen within the logs:

 

There was a problem Syncing Clarity Tasks for Project:[Example] project
HTTP/1.1 400 Bad Request
"validation.dataNotMaxSizeWithParam"
"'Name' is too large. Maximum size is 150."

Cause

This is caused by the character limit within PPM being 150 and there being a max character limit in AC being 256. If AC feature's have reached the max character limit they would not be able to go to PPM for the Task to be created in your project.
