Autosys agent cannot start: dlsym: Function not implemented (JNI_CreateJavaVM)

Issue/Introduction

After a reboot of the linux box, the system agent does not start anymore.

In the <install_system_agent_dir>/nohup.stderr, we have following error message

dlsym: Function not implemented (JNI_CreateJavaVM)

Environment

System Agent 11.3 on Linux/Unix

Cause

The agentparm.txt file was empty (zero bytes).

Resolution

Restore a backup of 'agentparm.txt' file.
