Schedule running slowing especially using AWEXE and AWRUN modules

Detailed Description and Symptoms

Jobs are running very slow especially if using the awrun and awexe modules. Also seeing a AwE-5501 error quite consistently.

ErrorMsg: AwE-5501 Error executing AwServer statement (<date_time>) 
Details: Error:Failed to write to client pipe.
java.io.IOException: write failed on pipe:118 - The system call does not exist on this system.-(errno:109)

Investigation

There are only 5 awserver threads available for awexe calls.

Solution

Limit the number of awexe calls allowed to execute concurrently.
