Unable to See Sendevents in the QuickView Tab

Issue/Introduction

Our users are unable to execute their jobs from WCC. In the QuickView Tab, the only option that appears in the sendevents dropdown box is 'Send Event...'.

Environment

CA Workload Control Center r11.3.6 CA Workload Control Center r11.4.X

Resolution

Re-associate WCC with EEM by running the wcc_config batch utility: Update the CA EEM Server Definition in CA WCC
