Will turning off GSS affect the Sysview Performance Management Option for Db2 for z/OS (IDB2) IQL routines to send WTOs,
when CICS transactions reach pre-defined thresholds to the operators console?

 

Resolution

Turning off GSS will not affect use of IDB2 IQL routines to send WTOs, when CICS transactions reach pre-defined thresholds, to the operators console.
Only IQL with an output destination of ILOG would be affected, such as the DB2CMDL request.
