Issue/Introduction

In Visual Studio, the user is getting Harvest errors every time she tries to make an edit.  Error message is:

Package with id <79895> is not available

Environment

CA Harvest SCM v13.0Visual Studio with the SCM Visual Studio Plug-in

Cause

Root cause was never found but we suspect that something had gone wrong with the bindings between the Visual Studio project and the Harvest repository.

Resolution

The user closed the Visual Studio solution, created a new, empty folder on her local computer, and performed "Open from Source Control" to do a fresh check out of of the project from Harvest.
