Symptoms

While submitting concurrent jobs on adhoc basis we are getting this error

Language -|- Territory: US-|-AMERICA Does not exist in the list of acceptable values

Cause

The prompt value typed in doesn't match what's in the list of values.

Resolution

When you click the Select button on that prompt choose a valid value. It should be AMERICAN-|-AMERICA
