Issue/Introduction

In IBM ICC using the CA task as part of the task route, messages (not all) are not being flagged as being processed and thus the messages continually are created with new message ID's. The task route is configured for de-duplication and once a message is sent, it should only be written once. We are seeing thousands of duplicate messages in the data store taking up disk unnecessarily.
