OBJECT_AUDIT enables Version Management

Resolution

Symptoms

UC_CLIENT_SETTINGS defaults to OBJECT_AUDIT=Y. This automatically enables Version Management. If OBJECT_AUDIT is enabled you cannot disable Version Management

For example:

UC_CLIENT_SETTINGS has the following entries

OBJECT_AUDIT=Y

VERSION_MANAGEMENT=N

Even though you have disabled Version Management in the client settings the OBJECT_AUDIT=Y will override this and Version Management is enabled

In order to disable Version Management you need to change the OBJECT_AUDIT=N
