Issue/Introduction

Setting up user permissions and all of the correct permissions are given, but  this error is displayed and the user can't start a job:

U0010032 Runtime error in object '<object>' line '<line>': Access to include 'HEADER.UNIX' denied
or 
U0010032 Runtime error in object '<object>' line '<line>': Access to include 'REGISTER_VARIABLE.UNIX' denied

 

Investigation

The key to this problem are: include 'HEADER.UNIX' / include 'HEADER.SAP' or REGISTER_VARIABLE.WIN'

The HEADER.UNIX is part of all standard UNIX jobs that is generally not viewed by a user. Each header uses an include object (JOBI). Restricting permissions on JOBI can keep a user from running a job.
