Detailed Description and Symptoms

When running a PeopleSoft job through Automic after upgrading? PeopleTools, one of the following two messages occurs:

 

 

U2007018 'Cannot find record. (91,30)'

U2007018 'Cannot find record. {UC4_PROCESSDEFINITION.METAPARM} (91,30)'

Solution

This error message can occur when the project transports have not been loaded or updated and will need to be loaded.  Information on this is in the Automic documentation under Administration Manual, Installation, New Installation, Installation Procedure, Installing the Agents, Installing the Agents for PeopleSoft, Automic Interface. The tranports can be found in the agent directory under \_trans\PT#.## (where #.## is a version number).  The PeopleSoft admin will need to put these in place.?
