When this error occurs it usually indicates that either the initialdata needs to be updated or the combination of hardware and software needs to be added to the htyp table
If you see this message please open a ticket with support and provide the following:
1. Executor/agent log
2. Copy and paste of the error message
Once we receive this we will send you the updated htyp to load into your database. Please follow the directions below to load this:
Attached you will find the necessary update for the HTYP-table to be able to start the Automic Agent on the new hardware.
Make sure your Automic system version is 10 before you apply the update.
1.) Backup tables UC_HTYP and UC_TABLE using the Unload utility
2.) Place the file htyp_upd_10.0.txt within the root directory of your Automic (e.g. C:\Automic)
3.) Put the file uc_htyp.txt in folder ..\utility\db\general\10.0\ (e.g. c:\Automic\utility\db\general\10.0\)
4.) Run UCYBDBLDG.EXE and choose file 'htyp_upd_10.0.txt'.
Now the Agent can be started.
