Error staging test: Could not stage: Premature end of file

Issue/Introduction

Getting this error when staging any test:

Environment

All DevTest supported releases and platforms.

Cause

The hard drive space was extremely low.

Resolution

After cleaning up some space, are now able to stage and execute tests.
