Detailed Description and Symptoms

When attempting to do an output scan on a file on AS400 the following error shows up in Automic even though the file exists:

U2000118 Error in processing 'QUSLOBJ'. Filelist 'cpf9810/slhaop   'could not be created
Output scan-

Investigation

It appears to be a formatting error for AS400 that Automic can't find the correct file.

Solution

After testing with various formats, it has been determined that the library and filename must be in all CAPITAL LETTERS in order to be located correctly.
