When our users login to WCC and click on the Monitoring Tab, they are unable to see their jobs in their views. When they click on the Servers tab, the job views are displayed but they all show 0 jobs. Users are able to see their jobs from the QuickView Tab.
The job filters for the monitoring views are not active. Because they are not active, WCC cannot populate the monitoring views with jobs or server status.
This type of behavior can happen when you import your Monitoring Views into WCC using the VMC or wcc_monitor batch utility.
To re-enable the job filters, do the following:
A. On the Monitoring Tab, right click on the Monitoring View that is not showing jobs
B. Click 'Edit in VMC'
C. Under modify_filter, change active: false to active: true
D. Click the Execute button
E. Click the Close button
