?When pressing the GET button on the Job Arguments sub-tab in the ServiceNow tab of a Service-Now RA agent, the following message appears:

?The Incident Number must include the full number including the Prefix (INC in this case). Also, the Incident must exist within Service-Now and be accessible by the user who the Incident Adapters were created under. To confirm this, log into Service-Now and go to the incident application. Bring up a list of the tickets, being sure that All is selected in the breadcrumb trail with nothing after it. Then put in the Incident number (including leading INC) into the search. If the Incident does not exist, it will not show up in the list.
