Unable to assign jobs/process flows to new queue

Release: AAMOS499000-8.0-Automic Applications Manager-OS400 Agent

Symptoms

After creating a new Queue it is showing in the Queue Maintenance Screen and in the SO_QUEUES table, but not in the Queue Summary within the Explorer.

The following error may be seen constantly in the RMI log when jobs are assigned to the new queue

ErrorMsg: AwE-9999 Internal error (<date>) 

Details: <new_queue> queue doesn't exist


Resolution

After you have created the new Queue you will need to restart the processes.
