Issue/Introduction

In the Microsoft Project (MSP) New Driver, tasks at 100% complete change to 99% Complete if there is any ETC on the task when the task is completed

Steps to Reproduce:

1. In PPM, create a new project with track mode of PPM and Open for Time Entry

2. Add one resource to the project on the Team tab (Resource should be Open for Time Entry with Track Mode of PPM)

3. Create a task and assign the resource to the task

4. Submit time for the task in PPM

5. Approve the timesheet, then wait 5 minutes and run the Post Timesheets job to post the actuals

6. Add 8 additional ETC hours to the task

7. Export the project to MSP

8. Change the task % Complete to 100

9. Save the project back to PPM

10. Export the project to MSP

Expected Results: Task % Complete is still 100 and there is no remaining work (ETC)

Actual Results: Task % Complete is 99 and there is now remaining work added to the task
