Detailed Description and Symptoms

?The psconnect.jar tool has been used and we still can't connect to Peoplesoft.  This agent is on AIX. 

Investigation

?AIX uses IBM's Java which can be challenging.  The problem in this case is that there needs to be additional entries in the path.

Solution

?Particularly, the LIBPATH needs to point to both the ppc directory and the ppc/classic directory like this:

LIBPATH=/usr/lib:/usr/java6/jre/lib/ppc/classic:/usr/java6/jre/lib/ppc:

?you will still need the path to the agent directory and the lib directory.
