Detailed Description and Symptoms

" Is it possible to transfer files with UC4 when using Symlinks for the filename? We have a job that aborts with V9 SP3 Agent.."

Investigation

The old version of Unix Agent does not support Symlinks for File transfer. 

Only version SP8 or above suports it.

Solution

Change parameter " FT_Linkfiles= yes " in the INI file of that agent
