Profile pic not saved in profile tab

Issue/Introduction

In Portal Dashboard under My Profile - Manage My Profile tab, profile pic will not get saved under icon. When user switches between tabs, the picture will get automatically removed.

Environment

API Developer Portal 3.x

Resolution

The fix for this problem with be included to Portal 3.5 CR7 which will be due around January/February 2018.
