Data needed for Analysis:

• Unlolad logfile from the time the error occurred

Search for the following error message in the Unload Logfile:

U0003590 DB error: 'SQLDriverConnect', 'ERROR   ', '01S00', 'Invalid connection string attribute'

Error, the connection string in the ini file of the Utility has not been defined correctly

Resolution

• Correct the connection string setting in the ini File of the Unload Utility (Default location Utility/bin)
• The connection string setting must be set to the specific database in use
