 Investigation

DetailedInformation of the:

  • Operation Manager
  • Initial-Database Version
  • Hardware / Operating System

 Cause

The server has to have at least the following version of the OperationManager:

6.00A005-402  for an update of theHTYP – Table !!!

The reason for the update of at least the version 6.00A005-402 or higherof the Operation Manager was the limit of the HTYP Table in the Database. TheVersion before that we would provide was larger than allowed by the limits inthe database and would not allow any executors to be started on the system.

 Resolution

Update the Operation Manager to the version 6.00A005-402, or higher,

And do as follows after the update of the Operations Manager and theInitial Data:

1.) Backup tables UC_HTYP and UC_TABLE using the Unload utility

2.) Place the file htyp_upd_6.00A.txt within the root directory of yourAutomic (e.g. C:\UC4)

3.) Put the file uc_htyp.txt into the folder..\utility\db\general\6.00A\ (e.g. c:\uc4\utility\db\general\6.00A\)

4.) Run UCYBDBLDG.EXE and choose file 'htyp_upd_6.00A.txt'
