Detailed Description and Symptoms

When editi?ng a job, in the output tab, clicking on the 'Help' button in the bottom-right corner gives and 'AwE-9999 Internal Error' with the details below:

javax.help.BadIDException: Not valid ID: Modules > Output

 at com.uc4.be.gui.help.HelpAction.showId(HelpAction.java:129)

Solution

?This issue has been documented as Change Ticket #196114 by our Development group and has been resolved in SP9 and above.
