Issue/Introduction

Upgrade from version 2.x to RA FTP 3.1.4 and there is no Job Upgrade tab

Symptoms

Upgrade from RA FTP version 2.x to RA FTP 3.1.4 and there is no Job Upgrade tab option for that Agent.

Cause

There is a known bug currently within this version.

Resolution

As a workaround first upgrade to RA FTP 3.1.3 then run the RA FTP Job Upgrade, so that all the version 2 FTP get upgraded to version 3.  Once that is completed, upgrade the RA FTP to version 3.1.3
