Using AW_BULK_CHANGES to change jobs to an Agent Group

Issue/Introduction

When trying to move jobs from one Agent or Agent Group to another Agent Group using AW_BULK_CHANGES the drop down list for "To Agent/Group" does not list the Agent Groups.

Environment

CA Automic Applications Manager

Resolution

Edit AW_BULK_CHANGES.   

Go to the prompts tab.

Edit the "To Agent/Group" prompt.

Change the Data type to:

aw_agent_and_groups

Save the changes, then you will be able to assign to Agents or Groups.
