IXP Tool does not support Java 9.0.1

Issue/Introduction

When IXP server is started up using Java 9, the following message pops up upon user's login to IXP and job data are not loaded: "Error refreshing job data".

 

Environment

CA Workload Automation IXP 11.3.5

Resolution

Java 9 is not supported according to the Support Matrix for CA Workload Automation IXP 11.3.5.

Additional Information

Java 9 has been labeled a "short term release". 

We have no plans to implement support for it.
