Issue/Introduction

udm_inventory queue is filling up due to alarms send with hebrew characters causing errors in discovery_server

Environment

UIM 8.5 / 9.x

 

Cause

Resolution

Identified the device sending the traps with hebrew characters and changed to send english characters instead.
