Detailed Description and Symptoms

During the upgrade process the installation fails with the following error:

ERROR at line 1:
   ORA-01400: cannot insert NULL into ("AWPROD1"."AW_AUDIT_REPORTS_TABLE"."KEY1")
   ORA-06512: at "AWPROD1.AUDIT_SO_ROLE_DETAIL", line 52
   ORA-04088: error during execution of trigger 'AWPROD1.AUDIT_SO_ROLE_DETAIL'

 IMPORT Failed?

Investigation

In the aw_install.log? the following error is found:

Solution

Resolved with v8.0 SP 15 and v9.0.
